  2. Side Leg Swing .
  3. Hip Circles . Shown with a hurdle; Do forward and back
  4. Trail Leg Slide . Hurdle placed sideways; Slide leg along to of hurdle; Can be done with Squat Rack Safeties or Sofa Arm or your Bed etc
  5. Hip Circles . Use a Foam Roller Tall or Short or any object that works, ie: Traffic Cone

  6. Glute Bridge Leg Whips . Use a Foam Roller Tall or Short or any object that works, ie: Traffic Cone

  7. Ankles (No Video) – One foot behind the body; on top of the toes (Ballerina); circles each way and side to side
