Note: For the 3 movements the legs are split or feet staggered
1. SPLIT SQUATS: The feet do not move.
2. LUNGES: The lead foot steps out and pushes back (lunge return) or the lead steps out and the rear foot follows (walking lunge)
3a. STEP-UPS: The lead foot steps up with rear foot following.
3b. STEP-DOWNS: Reverse of Step-Up. Used for [P]Rehab.
