 A. Periodization: 6 days per week of Sports or Workouts

Option 1:
Winter: 2 strength; 2 hockey; 2 cardio = 6
Summer: 2 strength; 2 golf; 2 cardio = 6

Option 2:
Winter: 2 strength; 3 hockey; 1 cardio = 6
Summer: 2 strength; 1 golf; 3 cardio = 6

Note: holidays will affect total number, but as you can see there are a total of 288 sports-days for the year leaving 77 days where you did nothing, not counting holidays.
