  • MASSAGE BALLS: Baseball, Fastball, Softball. You can purchase soft versions without the laces if needed. Put 1 or 2 in a long sock and tie a knot.

    – Multidirectional Movements with the Feet
    – Sitting on floor with lower legs elevated on box and massage ball on the calf
    (1) Band around Feet: windshield wipers; 5 reps; move spots and repeat length of calf
    (2) Band around Feet: pointing toes forward and back; 5 reps; move spots and repeat length of calf
  2. Foam Roll Calves and Side of Lower Leg  .
    (1) 1-leg on Roller: place opposite leg over the roller leg for added pressure; short rolls and rocking side to side on trigger points
    (2) Outside & Inside of Lower Leg: short rolls and rocking side to side on trigger points
