(1) Band around Feet: windshield wipers; 5 reps; move spots and repeat length of calf
(2) Band around Feet: pointing toes forward and back; 5 reps; move spots and repeat length of calf
Foam Roll Calves and Side of Lower Leg .
(1) 1-leg on Roller: place opposite leg over the roller leg for added pressure; short rolls and rocking side to side on trigger points
(2) Outside & Insideof Lower Leg: short rolls and rocking side to side on trigger points
