  1. How to Fix Rounded Shoulders .
    Mobility:
    (1) Thoracic Extensions: hands behind head; elbows close to ears; breathe into stretch; can also do on chair
    (2) Band Over and Back: pull the band apart as you move overhead
    Strength:
    (1) Band Pull-Aparts for Mid Trapezius: thumbs up to start and rotate to pointing back at end of movement; squeeze shoulder blades together
    (2) Band Pull-Aparts “Y” Raise to Overhead: from in front of body to overhead
    (3) Push-up Plus
