  1. Strength Exercises for Elbow Pain – Ethier – 2020
    Forearms:
    (1) Pain on outside of elbow = Wrist extensions: 3 sets of 10 reps
    (2) Pain on inside of elbow = Wrist curls: 3 sets of 10 reps
    (3) Suitcase carries: 3 sets of 30s walks each side
    Shoulder & Scapular Stabilizers:
    (1) Scapular pull-ups: 3 sets of 10 reps
    (2) External rotation exercise: 3 sets of 5-10 reps
    Implement more neutral grip exercises:
    (1) hammer curls
    (2) neutral grip presses
    (3) neutral grip rows
