· S.I.T.S. MUSCLES: Supraspinatus | Infraspinatus | Teres Minor | Subscapularis
· These muscles work in unison to stabilize the shoulder and are involved in other actions other than External & Internal Rotation

  1. SUPRASPINATUS: Abducts the arm 0-15o, and assists deltoid for 15-90o
  2. INFRASPINATUS: External or Lateral Rotation (Exorotation); Arm Adduction
  3. TERES MINOR: External or Lateral Rotation (Exorotation)
  4. SUBSCAPULARIS: Medial or Internal Rotation (Endorotation)
