    • Mobilize the Spinal Cord & Sciatic Nerve . Abelson – Chiro
      (1) Nerve Flossing Cat-Camel:  no head movement
      (2) Nerve Stretching Cat-Camel:  move the head
      (3) Nerve Gliding Knee Extension: head tilting back
      (4) Nerve Stretching Knee Extension: head tilting forward

    • Harden – Chiro . Instagram
      (1) Extend & Flex the Knee: sitting with hands behind the thigh; move the knee
      (2) Extend & Flex the Ankle: sitting with hands behind the thigh; leg straight; move the ankle
    • Harden – Chiro . Instagram
      (1) Extend and Flex the Knee & the Foot: supine lying on your back, hands on hips, extend along the floor
      (2) Extend and Flex the Knee & the Foot: supine lying on your back, hands behind knee, extend to ceiling
