  • Massage Balls: Soft Road Hockey Ball, Doggie Ball from Dollar Store, Baseball, Softball. Use softer versions without laces. Put 1 or 2 in a long sock and tie a knot.
  • MFR – Myofascial Release Explained – Massage, Balls, Foam Roller, Stick .
